Over 60 musical acts from across North America will come together as Atomique Productions presents the first annual RIFFLANDIA Music Festival. On Labour Day Weekend, August 29-31, RIFFLANDIA will offer up a truly unique experience for Island music fans. In exchange for purchasing a festival wristband, concert goers will gain access to a minimum of 8 downtown venues hosting multi-band, multi-genre bills by local, national and international artists including: Black Mountain, DJ Z-Trip, Final Fantasy, Brother Ali, The Walkmen, Man Man, Blitzen Trapper, Handsome Furs, The Beatnuts, Guns N’ Bombs, Sweatshop Union, Tim Finn, You Say Party! We Say Die!, Pride Tiger, Johnny & The Moon, Degree One, The Upsidedown, ½ Alive, The Blakes, Wood & Soo, JuJu, DJ Longshanks, The Paper Cranes, Jon & Roy, Away R’io, Vincat, Seven Year Old Poets…and many more to be announced! Confirmed Venues include The Royal Theatre, Sugar Nightclub, Logan's, The McPherson Playhouse, Lucky Bar, Element Nightclub, The Strathcona Rooftop and Smith's Pub.
