Enigmatica Entertainment and Degree One are proud to bring The Gift of the Gab of Blackalicious & Lateef of Latryx's new super group to Element Nightclub on Wednesday, August 6, 2008. The Gift of the Gab, Lateef (the Truthspeaker) and Headnodic are THE MIGHTY UNDERDOGS.
The new EP entitled THE PRELUDE (featuring DJ Shadow, MF Doom, Ladybug Mecca, and Rashaan Ahmad from the Crown City Rockers) Also coming in 2008, the Mighty Underdogs full length LP, "DROPPING SCIENCE FICTION"... (Featuring Damian Marley, Julian Marley, Lyrics Born, Chali 2na, DJ Shadow, Zumbi from Zion I, Tash from the Liks, Casual, Raashan Ahmad, and more).
We are also proud to have Victoria's own KEMAL EVANS BAND rockin' the show. The Kemal Evans Band have been gaining momentum around Victoria and area with their soul, funk, reggae, hip hop fusion. The musicianship and presentation of the band is solid, the tunes are catchy and fun to dance to!
